Return Process & Conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Eligible Cases

  • Product delivered is damaged in transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Manufacturing defect identified within the return window

Not Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Cosmetic variation that does not affect functionality
  • Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories
  • Products installed and used (unless manufacturing defect confirmed by authorized service technician)

Return Window

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for physical damage.
  • Manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • After this period, the product will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy

Large Appliances Policy (Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Dryers)

For large appliances:

  • Customer must record unboxing video clearly showing:
    Sealed package
    Product condition
    Any visible damage
  • Returns will only be processed if damage is reported before installation.
  • Once installed, only manufacturer warranty service applies.

  3. Our team will review within 2–3 working days.
  4. If approved:

    Reverse pickup will be arranged OR

    Authorized service visit will be scheduled (for technical defects)

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Product is received back in original condition
  • Inspection confirms eligibility
Refund Mode
  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (if required)
Refund Timeline
  • 5–10 working days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Replacement Policy

If replacement is approved:

  • Replacement will be dispatched within 3–7 working days
  • Subject to stock availability
  • If stock unavailable, full refund will be processed

Manufacturer Warranty


All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as per brand terms and conditions.

Warranty claims after return window must be handled through the brand’s authorized service center.
